Strange Experiences

In the past few months I've found myself quite exhausted without explanation. I work in an office and the fluorescent light seems to sap my strength like never before. I am not old enough (mid 30's) to be "getting old" but I notice many more aches and pains. Also, some strange dreams, different from my usual night time experience. And, I feel more emotional, which isn't always great especially when i am too tense and snap at my wife! Is this related to the light body? I do yoga and have eaten vegetarian for a number of years, and meditate regularly. These kind of things have never happened to me before!
