Have u heard of auto-suggestions??
They are sentences said to oneself repeatedly and are positive ones. THey work and its my personal experience. U should have complete faith when u tell them.
I'l give u a site which has healing affirmations in it. Go to the section of healing cards nd u'l find an affirmation for urself. See that and say that affirmation continously and c it wil work, m very very positive abt that. But remember one thing u should have faith. Think positive and have faith in God.
