Prayer for strength

Lord please guide me with your strength and grace. My marriage is falling apart worse and worse each day. I need to be strong to hold my tongue, when I haven't nothing good to say. Please guide me to be patient and to learn to forgive him and myself. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
