Dear Cathy, ground these energies. Just intend for grounding. Ask your guardian angels to help you do that. Thank the new healing energies for flooding you. Go with the flow, but keep grounding extra energies. Work with soil, plants etc. Send love and healing to Earth and its inhabitants. hang on there,soon the energies will balance out. Stay in your true magnificence and acknowledge it. You are blessed to be here. You are ascending. Have faith. Trust. Trust. Trust.
