I have exhusted all my internal energy

I am not sure if this is sepcifically a request for a prayer. I do not expect anyone to pray for me. I guess I am just sick and tired fo trying to make things work. These are very trying times and I am really in need of a miracle. God who knows the desire of our hearts.Please grant me peace and stability in the midst of the storm, more importantly keep us afloat and show us the way. No storm lasts forever and all I want to see is a ray of hope/light
