Help heal my relationship between my partner and I

I would like to know if you can help right away in healing and solving some issues in my relationship.

There is no trust in the relationship, his sister went to his family that I was cheating on him. Which I never did.

I tend to do or say the worst things at the worst possible time.

I sometimes joke about stuff that hurt his feelings and the worst part is repeating them over and over and even worse is not knowing how to say sorry or communicate with him.

He says that I contradict him, embarass him, complain to much or run him down in front of his family. Stuff like that has made him distant from me and spends most of his time at his parents house away from me. And yes I do tend to complain a lot mostly because I spend all of my time at home and it is very depressing knowing that he avoids me because I hurt his feelings amongst other things.

Another thing is that I'm very forgetful my memory is really crapy, my ears get blocked all the time, my listening skills are not good, I mean it's not like I don't hear him or am not listening to him, but he can tell me specifically to do something and I'll forget to do it or I end up doing everything wrong. And I think that is really stupid of me. I don't know why it happens but it does. Hope you can fix that about me.

I would like to be able to open up and communicate with him better like when we first met.

Maybe you could help heal some of the emotional pain I caused him that would be very cool.

Another thing maybe helping my partner quit drugs for awhile.

I hope that you can help us be close again.
