extreme body symptoms

I have bad headaches foggines,tingling all over muscle cramps and weakness of limbs at times MRI are all fine.I also have chest pains that feel like someone is squeezing my heart.The doctors have not done anything the say I am depressed because my daughter passed 3 years ago.My symptons are getting worse. I test my bodies ph levels and there out of balanced but sometimes they read to acidic sometimes they read to alkaline I do not know what to do please help.
