Developing a Foundation of Faith
During this time, we recommend that the wisest and most productive activity you can engage in, is to focus your attention on developing a firm foundation for spiritual life.Focus on developing a foundation of faith within yourself and within your daily life. To this end, it is important to have tangible, physical reminders of faith in your living area. We recommend creating an altar in your home, and also creating a sacred consciousness at your work place, in your car, and in all places that you frequent.
The simplicity of a holy picture, a sacred quote, a candle, a sea shell or other nature object, anything that reminds you of your Creator, can help you in your daily life to build a firm foundation of love, faith and spiritual connection.
When you experience difficulty or challenge, use these sacred objects and reminders to help you to go within and anchor yourself to God and to God's love. In this way your entire life will become infused with the Light of God and you will find a greater ease and flow to your spiritual transformation process. With all love and blessings, Amen.
